During his move to California, Fredrik Eklund made it clear that he will still be keeping tabs on his NYC business. However, he is very excited to be able to work closely with the Los Angeles market now that he's a West Coast resident. "LA has some of the world’s most exciting new development projects coming — vertical living is finally happening here," he shared. Well, Fredrik certainly wasted no time getting in on the action in L.A.
Earlier this week, Fredrik took to Instagram to share a peek at his first project in California: a rising development in West Hollywood’s Arts and Design District. In the caption, Fredrik shared that the project, which was first unveiled by Architectural Digest, is a decade in the making and that he will serve as the official real estate agent for it. Spearheading the transformation of the building is AD100 firm Olson Kundig.
As Architectural Digest reports, the development will have 40 condominiums and eight single-family, two-story homes. In other words, Fredrik will definitely have his hands full with this property.
Luckily, the building has many great selling points for Fredrik to play off of. "All residents will have access to a full suite of amenities, including a gorgeous pool, parking, a fitness center, full-time security and front-desk staff," Fredrik wrote along with renderings of the development. Not to mention, the homes will also offer incredible views of West Hollywood.
With a prime location, captivating views of L.A., and a long list of amenities, we can only imagine how much these home will sell for. It looks like this Cali move is off to a great start for Fredrik.
