There’s no place like home for Jax Taylor.

How to Watch

In a new interview with The Daily Dish, The Valley cast member called his current abode his “dream house” and quickly dismissed any suggestion the modern 4,600-square-foot home could be a “starter house.”

“Starter house?” he asked. “No, it’s my dream house.”

Do Jax and Brittany still live in The Valley?

Jax definitely wants to stay in his current home. He seems perfectly settled in the Valley Village neighborhood residence and has no plans to move out of the Los Angeles area any time soon.

“I love my house,” he shared. “I’m so blessed and I’m so fortunate, uh, that Brittany found it.”

Jax’s wife, Brittany Cartwright — who temporarily moved out of the home after announcing in February that the couple were taking time apart to reevaluate their relationship—discovered the house on Zillow, the popular real estate app, more than six years ago.

Before the couple split, they happily welcomed viewers in for a virtual tour of their home, which includes seven bathrooms, a home gym, large kitchen, living area, backyard pool ,and stunning pool house.

“It’s just a dream to be living in that home,” Jax told The Daily Dish. “It’s like, that’s the kinda place that people like, rent on Airbnb.”

“I’m able to live there all the time,” he continued. “It’s just like a blessing.”

What is Jax Taylor’s favorite thing about his house?

Jax has so much love for the house, he struggled to single anything out when asked his “favorite” aspect about the two-story home.

“All of it,” he said, before settling on the property’s impressive backyard.

“I love it. We have a pool and a pool house and we spend a lot of time out there,” he said. “I like to barbecue a lot. I have friends over.”

Jax also loves to spend time in the garage, which he’s converted into his own personal “man cave.”

“All of it though, really,” he said. “I just love having people over. We love to entertain.”

While touring through the home for BravoTV.com, Brittany said the family spends “a majority” of their time at the back of the house where there is a large open kitchen and living area looking out onto the backyard.

A large screen television and built-in floor-to-ceiling shelving line the back wall of the living room, providing plenty of storage and shelves for family photos, but it’s the large sectional couch that is Jax’s favorite part of the room.

“We’re always here,” he said during the tour. “We’re big movie buffs, we’re big TV buffs, we hang out on the couch pretty much all day. If we’re not doing anything, we’re on the couch.”

Where is Brittany Cartwright living now?

Brittany shared on an April 2 episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen that she moved out of the San Fernando Valley home in the midst of the couple’s split and is currently staying in an Airbnb while they try to figure out their next steps.

She told TMZ in March her decision to put some physical distance between herself and Jax was the best move for her mental health.

“I think that me moving out and taking space to figure out if this is what I want is the best situation for me right now,” she said. "If he switches some things and changes some things about his life, then maybe we can get back together. But right now, I don’t know.”

To learn more about Jax and Brittany’s current marital struggles, watch The Valley Tuesday nights on Bravo or available streaming on Peacock the next day.
