Monkey Business
Madison talks about public speaking, Chad's insults, and his divalicious client!
This is probably my favorite episode by far, even though the editors slaughtered my public speaking engagement in Scottsdale, AZ. With all stuttering aside, I was very amused from beginning to end with Chad’s crazy peppy walk with Starla to Josh’s tiara bubble bath. Let's not forget about the oh so delicious moment in the dentist chair where I hardly remember a thing. I can’t believe I let the cameras see me in such a placid state.
Although I didn’t close a deal in this episode, I did pick up one of my new favorite clients, ‘The Cindyana’. She is about as sexy and entertaining as they come and with a really big heart. I think it’s safe to say it will be the only time I am wandering around a 4,000 square foot beach home in search of a ‘diva room’ only to find a divalicious client.
Let’s cut to the chase and discuss Chad’s monkey business, or not. I will say one thing about monkeys, I think it was Chad in episode one getting laser hair removal on his back because he was worried he look like a monkey. Really??? Who’s the monkey now?
On a side note, Josh’s client is another perfect example of an unreasonable and greedy seller when his client refused to even look at an $8,000,000 offer in this market. I would have done the same thing and walked away from that listing.
This is really getting good. The real estate is amazing and all of our personalities are so different. Our clients are certainly amusing and there is yet to be a dull moment.
