Craig Conover Reveals a Major Next Step for His Business
The Southern Charm cast member is getting ready to hit another huge milestone with his business, Sewing Down South.
Amid a global pandemic, Craig Conover is feeling "very fortunate" as his business, Sewing Down South, continues to reach new levels of success. "We were able to survive, I know a lot of people weren't," Craig said on Part 1 of the Southern Charm reunion. "We did a quarter million in November in sales. We just had our first order placed for 30,000 pillows, we don't even know we can fill it. They're our first million dollar order."
Craig, who launched an exclusive collection with HSN in June, is getting ready to hit another major milestone soon: his very own store. "Rumor has it you plan to open a brick and mortar place in Charleston," Andy Cohen said, to which Craig replied, "Yeah, right next to Leva [Bonaparte]'s restaurant."
In addition to pillows, the store will "be our testing site to be like all of the products that I want to do," Craig explained. "I want to do, like, kitchen stuff."
John Pringle had a unique suggestion for the future store's inventory, asking, "Have you thought about doing a Craig body pillow?" While the group laughed, he had Andy's full support as the host exclaimed, "I think Pringle has a good idea here!"
