Somewhere in between rocking fabulously over-the-top pink ensembles and redoing her house and patio, Kathryn Dennis manages to find time to hit the gym — hard. The Southern Charm beauty is stepping up her fitness game one workout at a time and, by the looks of it, she's concentrating on building her strength and toning her muscles just in time to don one of her infamous high-end swimsuits this summer.
Kathryn took to Instagram Stories to share a glimpse of her rigorous workout routine and let's just say we're tired just watching the Charleston-based mom-of-two. From arm raises and core work to TRX bicep curls (we assume that's what they're called) Kathryn is getting it all in. And in true Kathryn fashion, the stylish redhead slayed her workout all while sporting a glamorous high ponytail
Kathryn worked out wearing a simple black tee paired with pink and gray abstract patterned leggings — a slightly different look than her go-to black leggings that she rocks for any and every occasion.
Now, the only question is what other moves will Kathryn teach us so we can get to work on our summer bodies?!
