Most recently, the hairstylist took to her Instagram to discuss another beauty tool she swears by: a portable infrared sauna blanket from Higher Dose.

“If you guys don’t know what Higher Dose is… this is an infrared sauna that you can get for your house,” she began a January 22 Instagram Story video showing the brand’s sauna blanket — a portable version of their in-house sauna. “You guys know that I have the one out in the garage, but this one you can travel with. [It’s] obviously way cheaper than the other one [and] you do get a one-year warranty.”

She went on to note the product’s various benefits, including “mood lifting” and “[activating] glowing skin.”

Madison then pointed out what appeared to be a towel that goes with the sauna, and shared how it “goes on underneath” for a “dry brushing” before going in that provides a “full-body detox.”

She added, “Can we talk about calorie burn? That’s the main purpose of doing all this — feeling and looking hot AF.”

The Charleston mom then geared up for the sauna, joking that she needed to “get rid of that red wine” she drank the night before.

In addition to the benefits Madison mentioned, the company also describes the sauna blanket as helping with “muscle recovery” after workouts, promoting “deep relaxation,” and “boost[ing] circulation.”
