Andy Cohen and Alex Radcliffe's Bromance Is Just What 2020 Needed
The Below Deck Mediterranean yachtie opened up about his love life during an episode of WWHL.
Alex Radcliffe from Below Deck Mediterranean appeared on the July 27 episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen: @ Home, and it turns out that even when filming remotely, the yachtie and host Andy Cohen have pretty great onscreen chemistry. The budding bromance between the two (which kicked off on the July 6 episode of WWHL, when Andy said "I'm getting a little crush on Alex, I have to say") is the Bravo friendship we never knew we needed.
During the After Show, which you can check out in the clip above, Andy asked Alex some questions about what goes down in his DMs. “Alex, what’s happening with your love life these days? Are you single?” asked Andy.
“I’m single, and ready to mingle,” Alex responded, adding that his DMs have gotten “pretty entertaining” since he joined Below Deck. He also explained that he sees “it all,” from crazy photos to “local Boston girls” saying they love to see a guy from Boston on the show. As wild as Alex’s inbox sounds, it doesn’t seem like there’s much outgoing activity.
“Have you ever drunkenly slid into someone’s DMs and made a move?” Andy asked in the video below.
“I’ve never DMed a girl,” Alex said, which is a fun fact he also dropped while talking about his dating life during an interview on The Daily Dish podcast recently.
“Have you ever DMed a guy?” Andy asked.
“Well, I DMed you,” replied Alex.
“Did you?” asked Andy.
“I don’t know,” said Alex.
Although the jury is still out on whether Alex has ever DMed Andy, he did take their correspondence public after the episode. “@Andy, might go to the Hamptons this weekend,” tweeted Alex. “We have to link up my guy.”
