The RHOC alum took fans inside a recent birthday celebration with the Janssen clan.
Alexis Bellino has experienced a lot of big changes in 2023 — particularly in her dating life.
Although she's yet to confirm her relationship status, it’s clear The Real Housewives of Orange County alum has become increasingly close with John Janssen, the ex-boyfriend of RHOC cast member Shannon Storms Beador. Alexis and John have been spotted out together on multiple occasions, effectively fueling rumors that the two are romantically involved. The speculation increased on Friday, December 22, when Alexis reshared an Instagram Reel that showed her at an intimate get-together with John’s family.
The short video was originally posted by Mac Noodlez, a SoCal-based personal chef who specializes in teppanyaki and hibachi. Mac, who has made several RHOC cameos over the years, confirmed the event took place at a private residence, where the Janssens gathered for a relative's birthday party. John was seen at the beginning of the clip bringing out a lavish cake as Alexis followed closely behind.

“Back at one of my all time favorite families the Janssen family, celebrating Grandmas birthday the only way we know how with some PROPER teppanyaki!!” Mac captioned the post. “You may have seen this home on the set of season 16 episode 9 of the Real housewives of Orange County where I provided my show on T.V!! This would be my 12th time providing my show for these wonderful people.”
Alexis posted the Reel to her Stories, saying the Mac Noodlez catering experience was “an entertainment ‘must-do.’”
“Such a fun night and fabulous food/entertaimment,” she commented on the original post.

Rumors of an Alexis-John romance began circulating in November, less than three months after the former OC ’Wife confirmed her split from her ex-fiancé, Andy “Drew” Bohn. The decision came shortly after Alexis announced the death of her mother, Penelope.
“Drew and I have lovingly chosen to separate as a couple,” Alexis said in a statement to People magazine. “Despite this, our love for each other remains strong, and we both sincerely wish nothing but the best for one another. We recognize that it’s in our best interest to pursue separate paths. We kindly ask for your thoughts and prayers for both of our families as we navigate through this breakup, especially considering the recent lost of my mother.”

Fast-forward to November 21, when Alexis seemingly addressed the dating rumors swirling around her and John.
“What I know in life is don’t let rumors or BS get in your way,” she captioned a mirror selfie. “I’ll be the first to let you know when anything changes in my relationship life!”
Shannon also weighed in on the alleged romance, admitting the entire situation left her upset and confused.
“I’m not going to lie, I’ve been hurt,” she told E! News. “I’ve been hurt a lot in the last couple of weeks because, number one, John said that he didn’t want to be in the public eye, and he’s thrust himself more into the public eye at this point. So, I’m quite confused about that… I don’t know how to process it. How many Orange County Housewives have there been? Is that your dating pool?”
