Family Karma’s Anisha Ramakrishna Confirms She Is Officially Married
The Family Karma cast member shared some exciting news about her personal life ahead of the Season 3 premiere.
Anisha Ramakrishna has married her unicorn!
During an appearance alongside Brian Benni on New York Live on November 3, the Family Karma cast member confirmed that she had been “married [for] three weeks.”
Since she started dating her now-husband, Anisha has kept his identity private — and that won’t change now that the two are married.
“I like to say our marriage works because he’s never around,” Anisha told host Sara Gore on New York Live. “He’s very busy, and he’s always working. Even if he were to be on the show, he wouldn’t actually be there.”
Ahead of her surprise nuptials, Anisha caught up with The Daily Dish to chat about all things engagement-related. Though Anisha has kept her new husband’s identity a secret, she has let fans in on all the details of their love story.
Anisha shared that she was planning a “small, intimate ceremony” at her parents’ home in Miami, and that there would likely be a “reception party” for the two in the spring of 2023.
She noted that she was not a “traditional girl” and wanted to keep things “low-key.”
“I am thrilled with my fiancé, and we have the blessings from our parents, and that’s what is most important to me,” she said.
As for her post-wedding plans, Anisha shared that she was simply excited for the next chapter.
“I am looking forward to building a beautiful life with my partner, creating lovely new memories with both our families, and dedicating time to my businesses again,” she said.
As a newly married lady, Anisha is now in good company with several of her Family Karma pals. Vishal Parvani and Richa Sadana tied the knot in January 2022, while couples Shaan Patel and wife Pooja, and Amrit Kapai and Nicholas Kouchoukos, both happened to exchange vows in April.
Anisha shared that the cast was “elated” for her to find Mr. Right.
“They’ve all wished me well and have shown me a lot of love and support,” she added. “Everyone in the group is truly happy for me.”
