Kenya Moore Shares Where She Really Stands with Porsha, Cynthia, and, Yes, Kim Zolciak

The RHOA cast member gets real about the relationships in her life.

They’re back. Later in Season 15 of The Real Housewives of Atlanta, which just premiered this past Sunday, May 7, a few Atlanta OGs are set to make cameos and return to hang out with the peaches. And it turns out that Kenya Moore has some feelings about it.

How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of Atlanta on Peacock and the Bravo App.

As teased in the Season 15 trailer above, Lisa Wu and DeShawn Snow will make cameos in Season 15, as will Kim Zolciak-Biermann. Kenya and Kim, as fans will recall, have experienced some, well, tensions over the years. When asked if things are better between them today, Kenya shared with The Daily Dish, “No,” but added that “she doesn’t bother me.”

Kenya then revealed that she’s more than fine when “some” of the OGs return, and we can assume one such OG is Cynthia Bailey, who makes an appearance this season as well. “We love Cynthia. I have my sister. It’s cool having her back. It’s just like it never was a gap,” Kenya said. “[We’re] real friends, like not pretend friends, just real friends.”

Speaking of Cynthia, when chatting with The Daily Dish, Kenya also revealed that if she had to choose someone to set her up with a potential romantic partner, she’d pick her BFF. “Cynthia, for sure. It’s so funny, because Cynthia will send me a picture of somebody, and she goes, ‘He’s your type,’ and she nails it every time. Like, she knows my physical type,” Kenya said with a laugh. “But she also knows I like a very well-spoken, intelligent man, but who doesn’t take himself too seriously, who likes to have fun, likes to travel.”

Kenya Moore Friendship Updates

And while Porsha Williams won’t be popping up on Season 15 of RHOA, when Kenya appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen on May 7, she revealed where she stands with the alum during her Clubhouse appearance. “We’re cool,” she said. “We have never hated each other. It’s just a love-hate relationship. I have liked her — at times.”

Back in January, Kenya shared a similar sentiment, revealing that while she didn’t get an invite to Porsha’s wedding to Simon Guobadia, “We’re friends.” She added that it had actually been “a long time” since they last spoke.

In a separate WWHL appearance, Porsha shared her side of where they stand back in March. After Kenya’s daughter, Brooklyn Daly, and Porsha’s daughter, PJ McKinley, were spotted hanging out together at the birthday party of Kandi Burruss’ son, Ace Tucker, a fan wanted to know if this means Porsha and Kenya are now gone with the wind fabulous in their friendship these days.

“Yes, we are in a better place,” she told the fan. “And it just happened with time, honestly. [At the party,] she was standing over there at the jumpy house, I walked over, [and] she was like, ‘Congratulations.’ And I was like, ‘Thank you.’ And recently I wanted to send her one of my flat irons from Go Naked Hair [that] just came out today. I am gonna send it to her.”

Porsha and Kenya may be doing OK today, but Porsha experienced some tension with The Real Housewives of Potomac’s Candiace Dillard Bassett and they were feuding on The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip Season 3, which streams on Peacock. Was Kenya surprised by their friction? “No, they have beef,” she said. “They’ve been going back and forth on social media for a while, so I wasn’t surprised by that.”
