Katie Maloney and Ariana Madix (Finally!) Give a Tour of Something About Her: See Inside
The Vanderpump Rules business partners are giving an exclusive look at their sandwich shop, including one detail that's a "huge flex."
It's been more than two years since we learned that Katie Maloney and Ariana Madix were teaming up to open a sandwich shop. While the Vanderpump Rules business partners have been sharing progress updates and sneak peeks at their eatery via social media, you can finally see a full tour of Something About Her by watching the video above.
"It was designed by Jon Hutman, who is Nancy Meyers' production designer. Huge flex," Katie shared in the clip. "That was the whole inspiration of this sandwich shop in general. We wanted it to feel like main-character energy in a rom-com."
Ariana explained, "We also wanted it to feel like us. We wanted it to feel very California yet European," to which Katie added, "California country meets European cafe."

When will Something About Her open?
Fans are eagerly awaiting the opening of Something About Her, and as Katie explained to BravoTV.com at the Vanderpump Rules Season 11 premiere party on January 17, so are she and Ariana.
"Right now, we're just waiting on some physical copies of some permits," she said. "We're on other people's time at this point."
"It's really frustrating," she continued. "Everyone wants to know. I want to know, too. It's just literally waiting on physical copies of permits so we can get our final permit that we need. It's a waiting game."
Something About Her menu details
As you can see in the video, Something About Her will offer a Greek salad sandwich, croissants, muffins, cookies, wine, beer, and tea. "No coffee," Katie explained, "because there's a wonderful coffee shop next door."
In April 2023, Katie gave more details on the menu while appearing on the Everything Iconic with Danny Pellegrino podcast. "You’re gonna have a traditional turkey [sandwich], but maybe with a little bit of spice or kick to it, a spicy Italian," she shared. "I love a good egg salad sandwich."
“We gotta have some seasonal salads we can rotate, depending on the time of year," she continued. "We wanna do beer and wine. Ariana, she can make a lot of wine-based cocktails. She has the skills for that.”
Katie also raved about their food at BravoCon 2023's "SUR’ving Up the Latest With Vanderpump Rules" panel, declaring, "Our menu is great. We're really excited about that."
