Malia White Reveals the Only Charter Guest She "Didn't Ever Want to Leave"
The Below Deck Med bosun was sad to see this charter guest go.
The Below Deck Mediterranean crew is usually pretty happy on drop-off day, and we can't blame them. It's always hard work to pull off a successful charter, even with the nicest, most well-behaved group of guests, after all. However, there was one charter guest that Malia White was sad to see go.
The Below Deck Med bosun revealed "the only charter guest I didn’t want to ever leave" in a post on Instagram on July 10. And that lucky charter guest was none other than Scout, primary charter guest Justin Thornton's adorable Siberian Husky pup — not that we're surprised one bit. We mean, just look at how sweet Scout is!
Malia shared a couple of photos of Scout in the post on Instagram, one of her cuddling the dog on the dock, followed by a solo shot of Scout just looking cute, as he tends to do.
We got to see Scout in Episodes 5 and 6 of Season 5 when Justin and his friends climbed aboard The Wellington for some fun. Though Scout had to stay ashore because the owner of The Wellington forbids dogs from being on the boat, we were fortunate to get a couple of glances of him during the charter.
One of Malia's deckhands, Robert Westergaard, called Scout "a little champ" while posting a photo of him and the pup on Instagram on June 30. "Thank you @jtthornton for bringing him along and being a stand up guy yourself!" Rob said on Instagram.
Captain Sandy Yawn also applauded the deck crew for how they took care of all of the guests, including Scout, during the charter. "No job is [too tough] for the crew!" Captain Sandy shared in a post featuring a photo of Malia, Rob, and deckhand Alex Radcliffe with Scout. "Deck crew on puppy duty. We love puppies."
