UPDATE (OCTOBER 29, 12:20 p.m.): After revealing her goal of one day becoming chief stew, Jess More confirmed on Twitter that she has, indeed, hit that milestone. "The irony in timing of this post, I just started [a] chief stew position this week," Jess replied to Bravo's tweet on this story on October 28.

With Part 2 of the Below Deck Mediterranean Season 5 reunion airing on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen on October 26, we have officially bid a fond farewell to this charter season. But as one chapter closes for this crew, some exciting new opportunities are bound to open up for these yachties.

The Wellington crew dished on their hopes and dreams for the future in yachting and beyond during the Below Deck Mediterranean Season 5 After Show, which you can view, above. In particular, Jess More has one major goal in mind before she hangs up her epaulets.

"Part of me before I give up yachting wants to be a chief stew [laughs]. And I know everybody's gonna laugh at me for that, but I don't care," Jess revealed. "So that's where I'm at right now."

Jess served as third stew throughout Season 5 of Below Deck Med. Though things were a bit rocky for her at the beginning of the season, she ended up receiving high praise for her work from both chief stew Bugsy Drake and Captain Sandy Yawn. Bugsy even encouraged Jess to go for that chief stew position during the After Show. "You've got to do that before you leave yachting, for sure," Bugsy told her fellow crew member.

However, Jess said she hopes to eventually settle down. "Yeah, I have to feel like I kind of conquered it then and then you know, then we'll see," Jess said of when she'll leave the yachting industry. "Hopefully, I get married and have babies and retire."

Jess has already been climbing the ranks of yachting. It was revealed at the end of the Below Deck Med Season 5 finale that she went on to serve as a second stew on a private yacht in the Hamptons.

The rest of The Wellington crew also opened up about their future plans, which includes babies, businesses, and maybe one day even becoming captain. Check it all out in the video, above.
