Bethenny Frankel's Swanky (and Renovated!) Soho Pad Could Be Yours
The #RHONY mogul just put another Big Apple apartment on the market.
Bethenny Frankel is selling another hot property! The Real Housewives of New York City entrepreneur just put her sophisticated Soho apartment on the market for $5.25 million.
The Skinnygirl mogul told PEOPLE why she decided to sell her crib after purchasing it in October 2014 for $4.2 million. “When I bought the apartment, I was in a situation where I really needed to buy something,” Bethenny explained.
During this time, Bethenny was still in the process of divorcing her ex Jason Hoppy, which included a dispute over the Tribeca apartment she had bought before the break-up. Bethenny finalized her divorce from Jason last July and sold the Tribeca pad shortly after it had been listed for $6.95 million. “It was a time when I needed to get some stability for Bryn and myself and I needed a home for us,” Bethenny told PEOPLE. “Our Soho apartment is an amazing place, but I’d like a bigger place now for both of us.”
Bethenny's living room is comfy-chic.
We could sit in front of that fabulous fireplace forever.
This open kitchen was designed by German kitchen designer Bulthaup and features imported marble, an extra-large pantry, and a five-burner range.
Bethenny kept herself busy renovating her 2,392-square-foot Soho abode, which has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, and amenities like a fireplace, balcony, and an open kitchen. “I never like to buy anything new and perfect,” she said during her interview with PEOPLE. “I adopt these properties, and give them some love. I never bought the apartment with the intention of living there permanently. I added value and now I’ll find another place to do the same thing to.”
Even Bethenny's bathroom is beautiful.

Bryn's bedroom is fit for a little princess.

The RHONY mogul has once again entrusted Million Dollar Listing New York's Fredrik Eklund with selling the property, as well as his fellow Douglas Elliman agent John Gomes, according to the apartment's listing. The MDLNY agent was clearly excited about the listing on Instagram.
Now Bethenny is looking for her next home and real estate deal, according to PEOPLE. She said that she plans on staying in downtown Manhattan because that's where her 6-year-old daughter, Bryn Hoppy, goes to school, so the neighborhood is "sort of a community" for Bethenny.
