After recently putting her apartment on the market, Bethenny Frankel has already found a buyer for her Tribeca pad, The Wall Street Journal reports.

The four-bedroom loft was listed for $6.95 million and is now in contract to sell for its full asking price, Bethenny told WSJ. She declined to identify the buyer. “I’m glad that the real estate gods were looking out for me saying, ‘let’s give her a break,’” Bethenny told WSJ after all of the drama surrounding her apartment during her divorce from Jason Hoppy, which was finalized in July.

The Real Housewives of New York City mogul entrusted the selling of her apartment to Million Dollar Listing New York agent Fredrik Eklund and his Douglas Elliman Real Estate colleague John Gomes. "Congrats, love," Fredrik wrote of the news of the sale on Instagram, which he said was sold in one day.

The listing for the 3,330-square-foot space showed that it has pretty much everything you could ever want in a Manhattan abode, including a magnificently minimalist office, the coziest of master bedrooms, and a walk-in closet that is basically a room in and of itself. Additional amenities include a rooftop deck and a full-size wine refrigerator with space for more than 180 bottles.

Bethenny continued to express her excitement about the sale on Twitter Thursday.

These days, Bethenny is living in Soho, where she also owns an apartment that she uses for her Skinnygirl headquarters. She has another house in the Hamptons.

Bethenny was spotted house hunting with Fredrik this summer, and the MDLNY agent confirmed on Watch What Happens Live that they were "out looking." Bethenny also teased to WSJ that there could be more new real estate in her future. “I’m always looking in the Hamptons and the city,” she said.
