Dorit Kemsley Says Her Marriage with PK Is a “Work in Progress”
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member shared an update on her marriage to Paul "PK" Kemsley.
As BravoCon 2023 is winding down on Day 3 (on Nov. 5), questions are still swirling around about the relationships and marriages of all the Bravolebs.
During the “Livin’ in Beverly Hills” panel at BravoCon’s final day on Sunday, the audience gathered to hear where some relationships stand. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' Dorit Kemsley was asked about her marriage to her husband of over a decade, Paul “PK” Kemsley.
Moderator Zuri Hall asked Dorit if things had gotten better in her marriage since the premiere episode of Season 13 of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Dorit responded by saying things are a “work in progress.”
Dorit Kemsley shares marriage update with PK at BravoCon 2023
Dorit and PK openly discussed the issues in their marriage in this season’s first episode. Episode 2 of RHOBH Season 13 showed Dorit sharing with Erika Jayne that she and PK “had a really difficult year.”
During the BravoCon panel on Sunday, Dorit touched on those difficulties. “It was a challenging couple of years, post home invasion and I was going through a lot of things emotionally and personally. It took a toll on our marriage for sure. We’ve had ups and downs and we rode those waves,” shared Dorit.
Dorit also revealed she sought advice from others about their marital challenges. “As I’ve spoken to people that are married or were married for a long time, everyone seems to say the same thing — this is marriage, and you have your ups and downs,” explained Dorit. While relationships can ebb and flow, Dorit says they are working through their issues. “PK and I really didn’t suffer any bad years in the 13 years we were together. I guess it’s our time, and we’re working through it.”
During the "Fashionistas" panel at BravoCon Day 1 on Friday, November 3, Dorit addressed the rumors that she and PK had split. “PK and I are not separated,” she said.
As for moving forward, Dorit told Zuri Hall and the audience on Sunday where she and PK stand now. “We’re both hopeful and we remain positive,” Dorit said.
