Apparently, Gretchen Rossi and Jo De La Rosa Ended Their Feud Over Slade Smiley at BravoCon 2023
The two Real Housewives of Orange County alums are reportedly "in a great place" after BravoCon 2023.
We have an update on Jo De La Rosa and Gretchen Rossi's friendship, straight from BravoCon 2023. But first, let's rewind to 2006, when The Real Housewives of Orange County aired its first season. Then cast member Jo was dating Slade Smiley.
Later, Slade and Jo broke up, Jo moved to Los Angeles, and Slade went on to date another RHOC alum, Gretchen — who had been friends with Jo. Slade and Gretchen, who have been engaged since 2013, went on to have a daughter together.
In 2013, Jo was asked to share her feelings about Gretchen and Slade's romance in honor of RHOC's 100th episode. Jo said she felt that Gretchen had broken the "girl code" by dating her ex.
"Considering [Gretchen] had met Slade through me while we were dating, it was just kind of interesting to see that once I moved to L.A., they ended up together," Jo said in 2013. "But I'm happy for the both of them because I truly feel the two of them deserve each other."
So, where do Jo and Gretchen stand today? We have an update.

The RHOC alums had specifically attended BravoCon 2023 to surprise Vicki Gunvalson as she received her Wifetime Achievement Award at The Bravos on Friday, November 3.
Jo and her fellow RHOC OG Lauri Peterson shared an Instagram post that offered a peek at the backstage action at the Paris Theater, where the dresses were long and sparkly and the spirits were high.
Jo also shared a series of snaps that featured her posing with Gretchen, Lauri, and Alexis Bellino, along with other Bravolebs including Andy Cohen and Tamra Judge.
"To say this was the reunion of the year is an understatement," she wrote in her caption. "[Andy] thank you for the invite to present at The Bravo Awards! I loved surprising Vicki and absolutely loved seeing everyone!"
Gretchen also shared a video from the Bravo Awards, adding a heartfelt caption to her post. "No matter what we are a sisterhood of Housewives, so it was an honor to help surprise [Vicki] with her Lifetime Achievement Award," she wrote.
