Brittany Is Still Paying "All the Bills" For Her Home with Jax (Despite Not Living There)
The Valley cast member, Brittany Cartwright, is opening up about her finances while living separately from husband, Jax Taylor.
Brittany Cartwright and Jax Taylor might be living separately from one another amid their marriage separation, but they are still big on sharing and that includes paying for the expenses at their home.
The Valley cast members announced in late February that they were taking some time apart after nearly five years of marriage. During an April 2 appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, Brittany revealed that she is "still living in an Airbnb" while focusing on herself and raising their 2-year-old son, Cruz Michael Cauchi with Jax's help on the parenting front.
Jax and Brittany have been adamant throughout the split that they are "still friends" and doing what is best for their son. And although they have been keeping some things separate (including bank accounts), during an April 9 appearance on the podcast, Not Skinny but Not Fat, Brittany admitted that she is still paying bills in their home, among other things.

While Brittany is living in an Airbnb, she is paying for Cruz's school stuff, insurance, and for their car. Not to mention, she still paying the bills in their home, too, even though she "put down as much money" as Jax to buy their home, she shared on the podcast.
"Jax pays the mortgage. I pay all the bills," she said. "We have everything split up."
She admitted that Jax wants her to "move back in the house and live in the main bedroom and him live in the guest room." But, she knows this can be tricky — as evidenced by exes Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix, who have been living in the same house on Vanderpump Rules Season 11.
"I'm like, 'We're not pulling a Tom and Ariana'," she said. "I'm like, 'That's not happening.' I'll just keep spending a s—t ton of money on Airbnbs until we figure out what we're gonna do."

Now that Brittany and Jax are living apart, Brittany shares she if is "open" to dating, She told Us Weekly that she knows it would be "difficult" for her, especially if she were to see Jax with someone else.
"We act like it would be OK but I'm not sure," she said. "I think he'd freak out if he saw me with a man. I'd be upset, too. You can get over those things, but the first one might be strange."
But, during her appearance on Not Skinny but Not Fat, Brittany said that she would be open to seeing what's out there. "I'm down to like, hang out with somebody," she said. "I think a separation is all about, like, figuring out what you want in your future."
