Bryan Voltaggio Opens New Restaurant

It seems like the Top Chef pros (and judges!) are opening new restaurants all over the place. Bryan Voltaggio is the latest to join the fray.

Eater is reporting that Bryan's restaurant empire is continuing to expand in and around DC, and that he's just opened up a new spot in Baltimore. On Valentine's Day, Aggio, a restaurant-within-a-restaurant of an Italian slant inside Range, the restaurant he opened a year ago in DC. 

Aggio will also plant roots at Power Plant Live! entertainment venue in Baltimore's Inner Harbor, and both Aggios will specialize in inventive takes on Italian fare. Bryan tweeted out a photo of the new menu, and it looks like there's a ton of hearty dishes to go around.
