Kevin Dobson on the Below Deck Guys' Behavior: "It Wasn't That F--king Bad"
Captain Lee Rosbach grills the chef at the Below Deck Season 7 reunion.
This season of Below Deck has seemed to be more divided among the men and the women onboard than ever before. So of course, the polarization of the Valor's male and female crew members aboard is a major topic of conversation at the Below Deck Season 7 reunion.
In Part 2 of the reunion airing Monday, February 17 at 8/7c, the crew will go in-depth with Andy Cohen on this so-called boys-versus-girls dynamic that some have felt has played out this season. However, Captain Lee Rosbach expressed in the above preview clip of Part 2 of the reunion that he wasn't aware of a lot of what was going on among the crew when he wasn't around. "I didn't get the observation of the way you guys interacted on your nights out," he said.
Chef Kevin Dobson asked Captain Lee how he ended up so unaware of the yachties' behavior this season. "Just as a captain, I'd imagined you'd know what's going on with the crew," he said.
Kevin then remarked, "Don't get me wrong. I know this sucks because it's me saying it as a male and all the rest of it, but I feel like it wasn't that f--king bad."
Captain Lee wanted to know what Kevin would have done if he were in his shoes. "Kevin, you asked why I didn't know? What would you have done differently to make yourself aware of what I didn't know?" he asked the chef. "How would you have behaved, Captain Kevin?"
Things have definitely been tense between Captain Lee and Kevin throughout the reunion. Earlier in the sit-down, the Below Deck boss called Kevin out for inserting himself in Brian de Saint Pern and Courtney Skippon's text message drama.
Captain Lee had a few more choice words for the crew when The Daily Dish caught up with him prior to the reunion. See what he had to say, below.
