Joe Giudice has been one of the 60 million people currently living under lockdown in Italy since the measure went into effect on March 10. The government has instructed citizens to only leave home to get food or medicines, with grocery stores and pharmacies the only businesses remaining open, or to perform other essential services or go to work, in an effort to control the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19).

How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 14 premiere May 5th at 8/9c on Bravo and stream next day on Peacock.

Though The Real Housewives of New Jersey husband has been keeping busy with work and foraging for food, he admitted in a post on Instagram on March 19 that he's getting a little cabin fever 10 days into the lockdown. "I’m feeling a bit stir [crazy] after almost two weeks inside a [house]," Joe wrote in the post.

But to express how he's really feeling during this time, Joe shared a clip of daughter Milania Giudice when she was 4 years old crying for her mommy, Teresa Giudice, during a past episode of RHONJ.

Joe added in the post that we should all "#staystrong," and he told his family, "#missyouguysalready" and "#loveyou."

Joe reflected more on the coronavirus pandemic in another post on Instagram on March 20. "I am posting this to bring awareness if we learn nothing else from this tragedy, we learn that life is short and there is no time for hate or greed," he reflected. "The smallest act of service, the simplest act of kindness, is a way to honor each other or those we lost around the world, a way to reclaim that spirit of unity."

Italy has overtaken China as the country with the most coronavirus-related deaths with at least 3,400 reported as of March 19, according to NBC News. There are more than 41,000 positive cases in the country, as of the time of this writing.
