As the My Seanna crew got a chance to celebrate an especially successful charter while out to dinner, Chef Rachel Hargrove decided to chat with the diners at another table she seemed to have never met before.

Though Rachel's crew mates appeared to be confused by her behavior at dinner that night, the chef had a perfectly reasonable explanation for her actions in the Below Deck After Show available exclusively to Bravo Insider members, above.

"I talk to everybody. I have a propensity to do that," Rachel explained. "I'm super gregarious. I can't help it. Like, I carry on conversations with everybody. It's who I am. But yeah, it's normal for me."

However, Rachel admitted that there was another reason why she walked over to another table that night — and yes, it does have something to do with the Below Deck crew. See what she had to say in the above clip.

Speaking of the Below Deck crew, Eddie Lucas seemed to be particularly bothered by Rachel's behavior that night, and he expressed some strong feelings about it in the Below Deck After Show, above. But in the moment, Eddie said he had to hold back his true opinion on the matter for the sake of the crew in the wake of Rachel quitting before ultimately returning to My Seanna just hours before the most recent charter was set to begin.

"I know myself, and once I lose patience — which was already running very thin with her — I'm gonna be pretty blunt and rude. And if I did that, I was afraid that she would just pack up and leave, and I don't want to lose our chef that we desperately need because of me," Eddie said in the Below Deck After Show. "That would be pretty bad. So I just decided to keep my mouth shut."
