2013 has been good to Kathy Griffin: she's been making waves lately for dishing out controversial advice to Miley Cyrus and upping the ante as far as NSFW interviews with major rappers. Now, the special that scored her a spot in the Guinness Book of World Records is ready to hit the air!
Kathy Griffin: Record Breaker will premiere on Bravo December 18 at 8p ET/PT. And the six-time Grammy nominated comedian isn't holding back when it comes to her routine: she'll offer up her hilarious takes on what it's like to perform on a gay cruise, her mother Maggie's opinions of "Molly Cyrus," and why Texas Governor Rick Perry should foster Justin Bieber. Watch two preview clips below.
"I’m like the Yeezus of stand-up comedy!" Kathy says of receiving her Guinness title. "Boycott Louis Vuitton NOW! This latest stand-up special Kathy Griffin: Record Breaker is the perfect bitch. This special is so hot, I wish I could dye its hair blonde and Instagram a picture of its ass. I set a record never before achieved by any other comedic god like myself. I AM A GOD. No wait...I AM GOD. Did you ask me if I was God? Because I just told you, I’M GOD...Blah, blah, blah...you get the picture. Look folks, I hope you laugh a lot at this special. I had a blast making it and I’m truly honored to have been inducted into the Guinness Book of World Records.”
Record Breaker was filmed at the Majestic Theatre in San Antonio, Texas.
