Below Deck's Izzy Has a Theory on Why Francesca Really Has an "Issue" with Elizabeth

Francesca Rubi hasn't been shy about expressing her dissatisfaction with Elizabeth Frankini's work in the interior this season of Below Deck. And Elizabeth has similarly been open about her frustration with Francesca in conversations with Rachel Hargrove and Izzy Wouters.

The chief stew confronted Elizabeth about one such chat she overheard with Izzy in the January 4 episode of Below Deck, which didn't go very well, according to Francesca. "It's really difficult because I could really do nothing about it. You know, I can have a million talks with her, and I'd try to explain, and she would just back pedal and deflect. She was a huge deflector and didn't respect my position at all. She'd always talk over the top of me," Francesca explained in the above clip from the Below Deck After Show exclusive to Bravo Insider. "And so it was almost impossible to get through to her and get the respect and the work ethic that I needed from her. It was seriously impossible."

As for Elizabeth, she said in the Below Deck After Show that she was giving "zero f--ks at that point." "I was literally just like, well, what do you expect when you treat somebody the way you have been?" she said of Francesca. "But she is my boss, so I was like, oh, I still want to please her, I still want to show her respect."

However, Izzy, who started off the season as third stew before transferring to the deck crew, has a different theory on why Francesca "had an issue with Elizabeth," and it has nothing to do with their work in the interior. Izzy also offered a suggestion on what the chief stew should have done this season that also "would have been good" for the rest of the crew in the Below Deck After Show. Check it all out, above.
