Captain Lee Makes a Bold Declaration in This Below Deck Season 10 First Look

Hear what Captain Lee Rosbach is expecting from the yachties aboard motor yacht St. David.

Below Deck’s Season 10 crew has their work cut out for them. As Captain Lee Rosbach puts it in this new sneak peek, “I’ve set my expectations for this season so far out of the f--king park.”

How to Watch

Watch Below Deck on Peacock and the Bravo App.

There’s no telling whether the yachties — including returning cast members Rachel Hargrove and Fraser Olender, as well as newcomers Ross McHarg, Hayley De Sola Pinto, Alissa Humber, Camille Lamb, Luis Antonio “Tony” Duarte, Katie Glaser, and Ben Willoughby — will be able to deliver, but they’re sure to entertain regardless.

Take it from bosun Ross. “I come from the old school of yachting,” he explains in the video above. ”When you work hard, you work hard. First, you should be able to play hard.”

Alissa reveals she’s also excited for a few crew nights out in St. Lucia, telling the Below Deck cameras, “I’m definitely a flirty person. Hooking up in yachting, you’re on these boats, pent-up stress, the attention is like a f--king dream on a yacht.”

Ben, meanwhile, is much subtler. “Yachting is like Neverland — it’s not real,” he says. “I could be Peter Pan. I just gotta find my Tinker Bell.”

Perhaps they could all use Captain Lee’s friendly reminder delivered toward the end of the preview: “Yachting is not all fun and games. It is deadly serious. It will chew your little bum ass out and spit you out in a heartbeat.”
