Health is wealth, and Gia Giudice is living by that mantra daily.
In case you haven't noticed, The Real Housewives of New Jersey daughter is a major fitness buff, as she regularly hits the gym for a good workout. Gia enjoys working up a sweat so much that she even documents her various exercise routines on TikTok to share with her followers.
Of course, after a workout, it's essential to replenish your body. Fortunately, Gia has shared one of her favorite snacks that not only tastes great after a gym session but is also perfect for grabbing on the go.

In a recent Instagram Story, Gia shared a photo of her holding an Alani munchies protein bar. The nutritious snack consists of a toffee base that is topped with gooey caramel, peanuts, and pretzels, and then covered in chocolate. The best part is that the bar contains 15 grams of protein and is only 190 calories. (Sounds like the best of both worlds!)

As mentioned previously, Gia loves to take her fans along for the ride of her fitness journey - even if it calls for an early morning call time. Last month, the college graduate took to her Stories, where she gave a glimpse at her 7 a.m. pilates class.
In her photo, Gia donned an all-black outfit that seemingly matched her dark manicure. Her ombre hair was pulled back in a ponytail, signaling she was ready to work on the Pilates Reformer.

Details on Gia Giudice's "full body workout"
Although pilates improves Gia's strength and flexibility, the inspiring lawyer also likes to increase her stamina and power by engaging in a "full body workout."
Back in October 2023, Gia shared a training video that started with her running a mile-long run on the treadmill. Next up on the agenda was bridges with a dumbbell and resistance band, arm presses, an "ab burnout" that included lower ab crunches with a small medicine ball, side ab crunches, and a "final burnout finisher" which involved quick arm pulls and a fast run on the treadmill.

With Gia going hard in the gym lately, you better believe she has a passion for it, which she revealed in the video at the top of this post. "I am crazy with Orange Theory right now," she says. "I go to Orange Theory like five days a week. It's like my new kick. And I recently just got a personal trainer. She's like a life coach, nutritionist, personal trainer."
