Gregg Leakes is back on Instagram and offering up an encouraging update on his health. After being diagnosed with Stage 3 colon cancer earlier this year, The Real Housewives of Atlanta hubby has taken to social media to let fans know how he's doing today, as viewers watch him deal with the life-changing diagnosis this season on RHOA.

"Hello America[,] It’s been a while since I spoke with everybody. Let me [first] say 'Thank You' to everybody for every Prayer [and] Well Wishes during my journey with Cancer. I am 'Winning' as we go day to day. [Please] continue to Pray for me, I need the Prayers [and] You need the practice... lol. [Please] follow my journey on the RHOA show [and] men there is a special message in my journey for all of you. Much Love I send to You ALL. Cancer Fighters need Support.... #Never Give Up."

Gregg's wife, NeNe Leakes, has been his constant support since his diagnosis and recently offered an update to The Daily Dish about what's next for Gregg's treatment after he underwent surgery earlier this fall, which you can see in the video above.
