After years of undergoing difficult and painful IVF treatments in order to conceive a baby together, Gretchen Rossi and her partner, Slade Smiley, welcomed their daughter Skylar Gray Smiley into the world on July 10. The Real Housewives of Orange County alum has been very open about the difficulties of the couple's long journey to have Skylar, including losing 14 embryos in the first round of IVF and the postpartum depression that followed after the birth. And now that the baby is here, she's also been generous about sharing the cutest peeks of Skylar on social media.

How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of Orange County on Peacock and the Bravo App.

But they're not all perfectly posed pictures of mommy and me — Gretchen often talks about the no-makeup and messy house realities of being a new parent on Instagram, which she hashtags #MomLife. She made a checklist of what she's been experiencing that includes, "House is a mess. Exhausted from no sleep. Delirious. No Makeup. Hair in a bun. Sweatpants.Laundry is piling up. Barely surviving. Can’t remember what day it is. Can barely remember my own name."

Raising a little one is definitely tough, and exponentially so when it's the very first time, so it's great that Gretchen isn't sugarcoating the obstacles that many mothers face after they give birth.

Despite the difficulties, Gretchen is grateful for her "perfect angel baby."

Looks like she's got her dad's red-tinged tresses!

Skylar is already in the Halloween spirit (and she helped her mom creative direct the front porch decorations!).

Happy three months, Skylar Gray!
