Taraji P. Henson and Terrence Howard play smoldering exes on Empire, but have they ever taken their friendship to a different level in real life? That was the burning question a caller boldly asked their co-star Jussie Smollett on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen.
"Maybe during the Hustle & Flow days?" the caller asked, referring to the 2005 movie where Howard played pimp to Henson's prostitute.
"Because they have great chemistry!" Andy Cohen interjected.
Smollett answered with full confidence: "They absolutely have not! I think that's why they can work so well together is because they're truly like brother and sister. They argue and bicker and joke with each other and all that type of stuff. They really are friends."
