There is no couple on the planet that loves working together more than Heather Dubrow and Terry Dubrow. (This may not be an actual fact, but it certainly feels that way.) And with so many projects together already under their belt, The Real Housewives of Orange County alums have lined up another book to add to their growing resume of titles: The Dubrow Diet: Interval Eating to Lose Weight and Feel Ageless. Terry dished all about the book, which hits retailers this October, in a recent interview with The Daily Dish.
"Well, we have figured out how to bio-hack the body and how to hack someone's life," he said. "We understand through all of our experiences and our education and consumerism and everything else, we feel we really have figured things out at this stage of our lives. So one of the things we really understand is both the practical components and the science components of how to maintain your body weight, how to be super fit, how to look your best and feel your best. The secret starts with diet."
The secret to this diet is what Terry describes as "interval eating," which takes into account "the way you eat and the supplements you take that allow you very quickly, but very painlessly, to lose weight." It also takes into account "lipolysis, which means you immediately start breaking down your own fat."
By the way, Terry knows it works because he and Heather embrace this lifestyle themselves: "We live on this diet, and that's how I'm able to have, I'll just say it, I have a six pack because of it at my stage of life," the Botched doctor said. It also looks like Heather has a bit of a six pack herself.
While they haven't even released this tome yet, the Dubrows are already thinking about their next project, which would be their third book together. They previously released Dr. and Mrs. Guinea Pig Present The Only Guide You'll Ever Need to the Best Anti-Aging Treatments back in 2016. "So our next book is going to be a relationship [book] because we think we've figured out how to do relationships right. You've got to learn how to fight," he said. "[We've been together for] 21 years. It's great, but look who I married. I scored."
