James and Ally's conversation about Hippie in the Vanderpump Rules preview, which you can watch in the above clip, begins with the DJ telling his girlfriend he has "a little surprise."

Hippie then enters James and Ally's house, prompting her to ask, "Is that Graham?! Shut the f-ck up."

James confirms that's the case and then launches into an explanation for their reunion. "He's a rescue now. Apparently there was a foster thing, it was just a pain in the ass, and he wasn't well behaved," he says. "It wasn't good, Ally Bally."

Ally Lewber and James Kennedy reunite with James' old dog Hippie who was formerly called Graham.

The couple then attempts to introduce Hippie to their cat, Mr. Banks, but it doesn't exactly go very well. As such, Ally explains in a confessional interview, "I don't know if I'm ready to have the responsibility of a dog. I love cats and they're just easy in that they're independent. And dogs, it's like what they say when you have a kid: Your life changes."

Plus, when considering the fact that James once shared Hippie with Rachel, Ally notes it's "not the ideal situation."

Today, Ally's thoughts on Hippie couldn't be more different. "We're obsessed with him," she told BravoTV.com at the Vanderpump Rules Season 11 premiere screening and cocktail party in January. "It might be unhealthy. We love him."

James also noted that that Hippie's "doing so good."

"[He's] such a good boy, so well-behaved," he said. "He's put on a couple of pounds — healthy pounds — and he's just, like the best. He's really my best friend."
