Watch the Top Chef Season 21 premiere on Wednesday, March 20 at 9/8c on Bravo and next day on Peacock.

So we hope you came with a big appetite because Top Chef Season 21 features bolder recipes, tougher challenges, lots of delicious-looking food, and even a new host.

Per the show’s press release, “A new batch of 15 talented, rising star chefs, and James Beard nominees from across the country vie for the coveted title, bringing their unique skillsets, culinary heritage, and innovative flavors.”

Where can I watch Top Chef Season 21?

The new season of Top Chef will premiere with a supersized episode on Wednesday, March 20 at 9/8c on Bravo. Every episode from the season will be supersized.

New episodes will be available to stream the next day on Peacock,, and in the Bravo app.

When are new episodes of Top Chef available on Peacock?

You’ll be able stream new episodes of Top Chef the day after they air on Bravo — that will be Thursdays — on Peacock.

Episodes are released at 6 a.m. ET.

Who is the new host for Top Chef Season 21?

Back in July 2023, Bravo announced that a new host was set to take over the culinary competition. The new Top Chef host will be Kristen Kish, who won Season 10 of the series back in 2013.

In her new role, the award-winning chef will bring “a fresh perspective, new rules and unexpected twists.”

Kristen takes the reins from Padma Lakshmi, who confirmed her exit from the show in June 2023 after 19 seasons.

Where can I watch the Top Chef after show, The Dish with Kish?

Following the Season 21 premiere of Top Chef, will debut a new digital after show, The Dish with Kish, presented by Saratoga® Spring Water and hosted by Kristen Kish.

The Dish with Kish will go live at 10:15/9:15c on March 20 on New episodes of the after show will come out every subsequent Wednesday at 10:15/9:15c on

Kish will be joined each episode by a Top Chef alum, and the duo will discuss the culinary action from the latest episode while creating a new dish inspired by the episode’s challenges, sharing new info into the creativity and techniques behind challenging-winning dishes.

Hanging out in the kitchen with Kish to break down the culinary action and give a look behind-the-scenes are Top Chef winners, finalists, and fan favorites Gregory Gourdet, Stephanie Izard, Mei Lin, Buddha Lo, Amar Santana, Joe Sasto, and Marcel Vigneron.

Where can I watch the Top Chef Season 21 trailer?

Get ready to turn up the heat!

The Season 21 teaser for Top Chef, which was released on February 7, gives viewers a peek at the new twists and turns the contestant will navigate through in the competition series. The two-minute clip also offered a glimpse of the guest judges of the new season.

Where does Top Chef Season 21 take place?

The cheftestants will be competing in Quickfire Challenges and Elimination Challenges in Milwaukee and Madison, Wisconsin. 

The show will also "embark on a special high-seas finale with award-winning cruise line Holland America Line," per a press release.

Judging the contestations this season will be host Kish, head judge Tom Colicchio, and longtime judge Gail Simmons

Where did Top Chef Season 20 take place?

Top Chef Season 20 featured competitors from 11 Top Chef iterations around the globe, including winners and finalists, to compete for the ultimate World All-Stars title. The chefs battled it out in the kitchen throughout London before moving on to the finale in Paris.

This epic showdown marked the first time the flagship edition of Top Chef had gone abroad for an entire season.
