Where can I watch new episodes of Top Chef Season 21?
The new season of Top Chef premiered with a supersized episode on Wednesday, March 20 at 9/8c on Bravo. Every episode from the season will be supersized.
If you happen to miss a broadcast, you can stream the latest episode the following day on Peacock, BravoTV.com, and in the Bravo app.
When are new episodes of Top Chef available on Peacock?
New episodes of Top Chef begin streaming on Peacock the day after they air on Bravo — that will be Thursdays.

Who is the new host for Top Chef Season 21?
Bravo announced in July 2023 that a new host was set to take over the culinary competition. The new Top Chef host is Kristen Kish, who won Season 10 of the series back in 2013.

Following the Season 21 premiere of Top Chef, BravoTV.com debuted a new digital after show, The Dish with Kish, presented by Saratoga® Spring Water and hosted by Kristen Kish.
The Dish with Kish premiered on on BravoTV.com directly after the first episode of Top Chef on March 20. New episodes of the after show will come out every Wednesday at 10:15/9:15c on BravoTV.com.

Kish will be joined in each episode by a Top Chef alum, and the duo will discuss the culinary action we just saw while creating a new dish inspired by the episode’s challenges, sharing new info into the creativity and techniques behind challenge-winning dishes.
Hanging out in the kitchen with Kish to break down the culinary action and give a look behind-the-scenes are Top Chef winners, finalists, and fan favorites Gregory Gourdet, Stephanie Izard, Mei Lin, Buddha Lo, Amar Santana, Joe Sasto, and Marcel Vigneron.
