How Bethenny Frankel Is Stepping Up to Help Those Affected by Hurricane Eta

Bethenny Frankel is jumping into action to help those affected by Hurricane Eta. The Real Housewives of New York City alum confirmed that she’s coordinating international relief efforts in Honduras and Guatemala via her philanthropic organization, B. Strong.
On November 9, Bethenny took to Twitter to open up about her team’s work to provide relief to the countries left devastated in the aftermath of the storm. “We’re organized and sending aid to the victims who need us in #Honduras and #Guatemala as a result of #HurricaneEta” she explained.
The RHONY mom went on to urge her followers to consider contributing to the cause. “Our partners on the ground are communicating their specific needs. DONATE TO help those who cannot help themselves,” she wrote.
Bethenny also took to her Instagram Stories to reiterate the urgency of the situation and expand on her team’s efforts, confirming that they are currently in the process of “amassing aid and water filtration devices” and arranging the distribution of PPE (personal protective equipment).
“We are geared up and organized to help people who have been devastated by a terrible disaster,” she said.
Bethenny’s disaster initiative, B Strong, has been able to provide help throughout a number of global crises, from the Australia wildfires to Hurricane Dorian. Earlier this year, the organization also supplied face masks, hazmat suits, and other medical supplies to several cities in an effort to prevent the spread of coronavirus.
