Did Shannon Beador Tell Jenni Pulos to Be "Standoffish" Toward Kelly Dodd on WWHL?
#FlippingOut's Jeff Lewis weighs in on his friends' drama.
Jenni Pulos and Kelly Dodd caused quite a stir when they appeared on Watch What Happens Live in August. Although the two agreed during the episode that there was no bad blood between them, many viewers sensed some tension between the ladies as they discussed Kelly's beef with her Real Housewives of Orange County castmate Shannon Beador, who is a friend of Jenni's.
Jenni's Flipping Out boss Jeff Lewis, who is also pals with Shannon, commented on the seemingly icy episode when he was in the Bravo Clubhouse on Wednesday night. "I mean, I don't think Shannon told Jenni what to do," he answered one viewer's question about whether or not Shannon told Jenni to be "standoffish" to Kelly when they appeared on WWHL together (clip above). "I just think Jenni is close to Shannon also, heard a lot of stories, and I think that's kind of what happened."
In fact, Jenni explained her seemingly aloof interaction toward Kelly when they appeared on WWHL. "I’ve been unhappy with some of your behavior. I’m not going to lie," she said (clip below). "My ex cheated on me, so that comment [about Shannon's husband's affair] too was one step too far. I’m just throwing it out. Just throwing it out."
However, Jenni said they were "walking over bridges" that night and moving past their differences, which Kelly confirmed.
After the blow-ups at the '70s party and sushi dinner party this season of RHOC, things seem to have quieted down between Shannon and Kelly. But will the truce continue? Get a sneak peek of how the group deals with the drama following the sand dune accident in Monday night's new episode, below.
