What's Next for Joe Giudice After Deportation Appeal Denied? He's Ready for "New Beginnings"
Here's what's next for the RHONJ dad.
In the wake of the news that his deportation appeal was denied on April 29 as reported earlier this week, Joe Giudice is now focused on what's next. He noted on Instagram on Friday: "Happy May 1st It's a beautiful time for new beginnings! Keep calm, slay, and do jumping jacks!!"
The Real Housewives of New Jersey dad, who has four daughters with Teresa Giudice, also confirmed the news of his appeal being denied on Instagram, noting that despite his positive outlook, his "heart is aching."
Joe is currently in his native Italy since he was released from ICE custody last October.
Giudice family attorney James J. Leonard addressed in a statement to PEOPLE what Joe is focused on these days. "He's in Italy doing everything he can to keep busy, and stay healthy. I know he's working on some projects that I'm sure you will hear about soon. For now, it's day at a time like everyone else."
Leonard added to PEOPLE that Joe is "very positive about life" and added that any further appeals "will be discussed with Joe and his immigration counsel in the coming days."
Back in January, Joe revealed that he was returning to work while living in Italy. Joe explained that he’d be making a living “doing what I do best,” and working in construction and remodeling. Now, it appears that Joe’s expanding his career yet again, and is returning to the world of television. But this time, it looks like Joe will be working behind the scenes instead of in front of the camera.
“I have some exciting TV news coming up,” Joe wrote in an April 28 post, in which he shared a clip of a show he has been working with. “I will be casting around the country! Keep your eyes out for the Joe code.”
He's also spending a lot of time with a German Shepard named Luna, who he recently started posting Instagrams with on his feed.
