Joe Giudice just got some good news in his ongoing deportation case. The Real Housewives of New Jersey husband has received support from 27 former immigration judges to remain in the United States, The Blast reports.

How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 14 premiere May 5th at 8/9c on Bravo and stream next day on Peacock.

The former immigration judges and members of the Board of Immigration Appeals filed a motion in Joe's pending appeal providing reasons why they believe he should not be deported, according to court records obtained by The Blast.

Joe's eldest daughter, Gia Giudice, also shared a screenshot of The Blast report in her Instagram Story, showing her unwavering support for her father.

Joe has been staying in "a facility in western Pennsylvania, which houses immigration detainees" since he was released from federal prison in March. His appeal to a judge's ruling last fall that he is to be deported back to Italy, where he was born, following his 41-month prison sentence, was denied in April.

However, his legal team has vowed to "continue to fight" to keep him from being deported. He was later granted a temporary deportation delay in federal court last month after his legal team filed for a stay.

Joe has received an outpouring of support since his appeal was denied. Gia and Teresa Giudice have spoken out about Joe's potential deportation on social media, encouraging fans to sign a petition created by the family in an effort to prevent him from being deported. Joe Gorga has also been vocal in interviews about urging fans to sign the petition. Andy Cohen also said that he signed the petition.
