Joe Giudice Opens Up on His Dating Life and Shares His Thoughts on Luis Ruelas Today
The former RHONJ husband shares if he plans to remarry while also reflecting on his marriage to Teresa Giudice.
The three-part reunion for The Real Housewives of New Jersey is still unfolding, and while Joe Giudice did make a cameo early on for a very specific and hilarious reason, he’s now sharing updates on his life outside the show.

Joe Giudice’s Dating Life in the Bahamas
Is there “someone special” in Joe’s life? He was asked that exact question during a recent podcast appearance, and he responded, “I mean, look, we’ll see… I meet people, you know what I mean? I definitely meet people.”
More specifically, Joe said, “Do I date? Yes. Do I talk to people? Yes… I mean, I don’t know, eventually at one point I’m gonna settle in, I guess. But I was married 20-something years, you know what I mean? It’s not like I’m looking to get married again. Why would I? Not right now anyway. [I’ll] take a little break, do what I got to do, then when the right one comes around, we’ll talk about it.”
Joe Giudice’s Current Relationship with Teresa Giudice
Though Joe and Teresa have both moved on since their divorce, the two remain on good terms today — especially when it comes to co-parenting their four daughters: Gia, Gabriella, Milania, and Audriana.
“You have to make it work. Whatever the circumstances are, however it happened, however, whatever way, you know, it doesn’t matter,” Joe said, referencing the rockier parts of his relationship with Teresa. “Whatever it might be, at the end of the day, you’ve got to think about the kids and just say, you know what? It happened. Let’s put it behind us. Let’s move forward. Worry about the kids now, and that’s it.”
And even after all they’ve been through, “I’ll always love Teresa. She’s the mother of my kids, I’ve known her since she was a kid,” Joe added. “And it’s unfortunate what happened with us, but look, what are you going to do?”
Joe added that she was always “a good wife” to him, and she remains “a good mom.”
Joe Giudice’s Thoughts on Luis Ruelas
Joe has always expressed positive thoughts about Teresa’s husband, Louie, and today he still finds him to be “a nice guy.”
“I mean, he’s been nice to me. He’s called me, he’s been a man… Even when he went as far as coming out here before they got married,” Joe explained, reflecting on the time Louie arranged an in-person meeting with him in the Bahamas. “He came out to let me know that he wanted to get married and everything, and he wanted, you know, I guess, my blessings. And I thought that was very nice.”
As far as the drama Louie is engaged in on RHONJ Season 13, Joe wouldn’t know anything about that. As he put it, “I don’t know how he is on the show; I don’t know how he talks on the show [because] I really haven’t, like I said, watched any episodes.”
Regardless, Joe is “happy” for Teresa and grateful that Louie is “looking after my kids,” he said. “You know what I mean? At least there’s a man in the house… because obviously I can’t be there.”
That said, Joe also joked, “Is he a Juicy Joe? Probably not.”
