Josh Flagg is Considering A Major Career Move in New York: "I May As Well"
The Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles cast member might become a bi-coastal agent sometime soon...maybe.
Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles agent Josh Flagg is no stranger to living, loving, and selling on the West Coast.
Season 15 of MDLLA has found Josh once again selling luxury homes in his native Los Angeles all while trying to figure out what to do with his dream home. But, some things have been pulling Josh to the East Coast — namely, his new boyfriend, who splits his time between New York and LA.
But will Flagg be moving to New York? He isn't quite sure himself.
Josh Flagg reveals why he would get his real estate license in New York
Flagg is quite familiar with NYC. After all, he has spent plenty of time in the Upper East Side townhome belonging to his BFF Sonja Morgan before it was finally sold in an auction in May 2024. But, he told Us Weekly in an interview on July 26 that he never really considered moving there permanently.
"I've always said no, because what I have in LA just works," Flagg said. "But if I'm going to be spending two weeks or at least 10 days a month in New York, I may as well get my license and just because I know so many people here, but it's not something I'm pursuing."
During a recent appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, Josh revealed that he spends a few weeks in New York and a few weeks in Los Angeles with his boyfriend each month. Although he is keeping his new BF's identity anonymous for now, since his new boyfriend is "a little bit more private," he told WWHL host Andy Cohen that the new man in his life is "a fabulous guy."
What Josh Flagg Plans on Doing with His Dream Home
Back on the West Coast, Flagg has been sharing more details about his childhood dream home located on Bedford Drive in the Beverly Hills Flats. ICYMI: he purchased the home sight unseen for $9,295,000. But because he didn't go into the house prior to buying it, he didn't know that the interior was virtually ripped down to the studs.
During a recent chat with The Daily Dish, Josh defended his purchase, noting he loves "that house." "I'm probably going to buy another house — a done house. I'll probably keep the house on Bedford and then I'll build that," he explained. "And then when I'm done with that, I'll either move into that one or I'll sell it — sell it for space."
We guess, stay tuned!
