Kandi Burruss Shares a First Look at Her Exciting New TV Gig
The RHOA cast member has a recurring role in the upcoming season of The Chi.
Kandi Burruss has been all over the small screen lately. In addition to navigating some drama during the latest explosive season of The Real Housewives of Atlanta, the mom of three recently appeared on — and won! — the third season of The Masked Singer. Now, she’s sharing a first look at her next major TV gig on the upcoming season of The Chi.
On June 12, Kandi took to social media to share an early glimpse at her new role in Lena Waithe’s Chicago-based Showtime series. As first announced back in September, the RHOA cast member plays a recurring character called Rosalyn Perry, the estranged wife of a politician who returns to influence his agenda — and help herself in the process.
“Only 10 days left until the premier of Season 3 @shothechi!!!! I’m so excited! Set your DVR so that you don’t miss it,” Kandi wrote in the caption alongside the trailer.
