Ahead of the Season 10 premiere of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Kyle Richards appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen: @ Home on April 2. And while she was definitely feeling festive  — sporting the same outfit, hair, jewelry, and makeup from the Season 1 "Dinner Party from Hell" episode — the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, as well as self-quarantining, was top of mind for Kyle, Andy Cohen, and the other guests, Ramona Singer, Melissa Gorga, and Joe Gorga.

How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills on Bravo Tuesdays at 8/7c and next day on Peacock. Catch up on the Bravo App.

While Kyle is currently hunkered down at home with her husband, Mauricio Umansky, and her four daughters, her sister, RHOBH alum Kim Richards, is also self-quarantining in her own home. And as can be expected, staying at home 24/7 can bring out many different emotions, as Kyle revealed.

"Yesterday she was actually having a difficult day," Kyle said. "She sent me a text and said, 'I'm freaking out. I don't feel well. Can you talk to me?' She went through all her symptoms and I said, 'By the way, everybody has those every day. We all think we have it every day. You're fine; you're having a panic attack, so I talked her through that.'"

in fact, Kyle, who has been open about her struggles with anxiety, said, "Portia [Umansky] had a fever for two days and I was like, OK, [breathing], we're all good."

Kyle also revealed she's been in contact with Kim about her upcoming book, The Whole Truth: The Reality of It All, which is due out this month and is described as "the harrowing, all-too-real, and ultimately empowering story of a woman who has been through hell and back, endured, grew strong, and learned to become her own fiercest advocate."

"I've spoken to her about the memoir she's writing, yes. We had a little conversation about that," Kyle said, leaving it at that.

RHOBH Season 10 premieres April 15 at 8/7c. Preview the season, below.
