Lauren Manzo Reveals Her Diet Secrets

The bride-to-be shares easy tips for how she's shed 20 pounds.

What a fit fiancée!

Lauren Manzo, daughter of ex-Real Housewives of New Jersey star Caroline Manzo, showed off stunning results post-breast reduction and Lap-Band surgeries last year. But now she's workin' on her fitness the old fashioned way.

Since January, the beautiful bride-to-be has already shed significant weight (20 pounds so far!), and doesn't show any sign of slowing down.

"I'm exercising five times per week, including free weight training and I squat a lot," she told Radar Online. "I actually work to complete 100 additional squats per day on top of the other activities I do in the gym. I put a butt workout into every workout I do."

With the wedding date set for 2015, Lauren has plenty of time slim down, but she is still setting strict goals for herself. "I'd actually like to lose more like 10-15 pounds by April," she revealed. "My engagement party is in April, and I want to wear this cute dress I've got, so I'm working to lose as much as I can by that event. I still want to lose 25 pounds and hopefully will have that accomplished by the beginning of summer."

And fitness isn't the only factor. Lauren has made some pretty major changes to her diet as well. "I've been making sure I eat breakfast every day. I also eat lots of protein and vegetables, and I stay away from the salt," she said. "I cut out Splenda completely and drastically reduced my wine intake to basically none, which I think had a lot to do with the weight coming off so quickly." Talk about dedication!

No matter what the final weight is, we have no doubt that Lauren (and all of her bridesmaids) will be visions in white.
