Lindsay Hubbard Spends Time with Her "Future In-Laws" (PIC)
The Summer House cast member is getting acquainted with her soon-to-be husband’s parents.
It’s no secret Lindsay Hubbard is beyond excited to say “I Do” to her fiancé Carl Radke. The Summer House cast member has already started her journey to the altar, from wedding dress shopping to “working on [her] wedding bod.” As much fun as those pre-bridal activities can be, Lindsay recently took a break from it all to spend time with her family-to-be.
On March 14, Lindsay took to Instagram to show an adorable family photo of her and Carl, along with his parents. Everyone in the snapshot seemed to be having a lovely time as they all smiled. “Future In-laws!” Lindsay captioned the post, adding “More Sharon” as a hashtag to express her love for Carl’s mother.
Lindsay looked stunning as she styled a cream button-up shirt and matching pants with embellished tan sandals. As for Carl, he kept things simple, opting for light blue Henley shirt, white shorts, and sneakers.
This doesn't make the first time Lindsay has spent quality time with her fiancé’s parents. Back in December, she and Carl celebrated the holidays with his family in their hometown of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. They all wore matching red-and-white snowflake pajamas on Christmas morning. He captioned the post, “Christmas in the 412.”
While Lindsay may love hanging out with her future in-laws, she did recently admit her feelings about sharing a room with Carl for the first time. As fans witnessed on the Season 7 premiere, the Hamptons home wasn’t zoned for each cast member to have their own room, so they had to share, resulting in Lindsay bunking with Carl, who was her boyfriend at the time.
And when the engaged couple sat down for an interview on Mention It All podcast, Lindsay revealed what it was really like for her in that moment. “I was nervous that we were sharing a room for the first time, like, ever,” she said. “Out of seven summers sharing a house, now we’re sharing a room. I was just nervous that we were gonna feel claustrophobic with each other — or maybe that you would feel that way with me.”
However, Lindsay did realize that everything would be okay. “I stopped to think: We’ve gone on all these vacations, we’ve traveled around the United States sharing hotel rooms.”
