It's almost cuffing season and Luis D. Ortiz appears to have a plan for finding romance. As he looks forward to moving into his new pad, this Million Dollar Listing New York agent feels it may help him find that special lady. "Now more excited than ever, I post these new renderings of some of the amenities of my new home at Sky 605 west 42nd Street," he wrote on Facebook. "An infinity loop motor court and Kusama Garden and a deck with two zero edge pools. Maybe I'll meet my girlfriend here." All those luxurious amenities aside, maybe this place also has some great romance-related feng shui. Either way, we're rooting for him.
And, in case you've always wondered, Luis even previewed what he would look like as a married man earlier this summer.
