The mom of three and podcast host, who appeared on Seasons 10 through 12 of The Real Housewives of Orange County, got fans talking when she referred to someone as her "soulmate" in the caption of a post featuring a carousel of photos.

Shortly after posting the images, Meghan took to the comments section to offer an update on her dating life.

Meghan King Posts About Her "Soulmate"

The RHOC alum posted a series of photos from her recent trip to Austin, Texas, which featured her close pal, Courtney.

"Christmas in Austin is a million times more joyous when you're with a soulmate," Meghan began in the caption, along with the women wearing bunny ears emoji. "Each time I visit it becomes a little harder to leave — I left a piece of my heart in Texas, [y'all]."

Though some of Meghan's followers began to speculate in the comments section that she was in a relationship with Courtney, Meghan soon clarified their status.

As Meghan revealed in a comment underneath the post, "Courtney is my best friend, she is not my lover."

"I'm interested in romantic relationships with men only," she added.

In another response, Meghan referred to her friend as "the best bestie and partner in crime."

"So nice to be able to commiserate [with] her over dating MEN in this modern era," she continued. "Soulmates are friends, too."

Meghan also noted that she's focusing on her platonic relationships at the moment. "I'm def in my best friend era," she shared. "It's safe, reliable, and fun as hell :)"

The update comes after Meghan shared a surprising tidbit about her dating life back in July 2023 when she appeared on an episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen

During the After Show, she told host Andy Cohen that she does not want to date anyone in the public eye.

"I’m not interested in dating within the limelight whatsoever,” she said. “I love being on camera and talking to you, and this is super fun for me, but in general, the entertainment world is not what I aspire to date."
