"Obviously I'm getting 'Sempre Insieme,' the tattoo that my mom and all my sisters have," Teresa Giudice's daughter continued. "It's the only tattoo I'm getting. Very tiny."

Milania went on to explain, "'Sempre Insieme' is what's on my grandparents' gravestone. It means 'always together' in Italian." Teresa joined her daughter for the big moment and held her hand while she got the tattoo done.

Teresa and Gia Giudice's matching tattoos

Teresa tattooed the same phrase on her ribcage in March 2021 in honor of her late parents. One month later, Gia showed off her own ink with the same message.

While it seems Gia Giudice has no plans to get rid of that tattoo, in March 2023, she revealed she was in the process of removing the small star on her wrist. “I got this tattoo my senior year of high school going into college, with two of my best friends at the time — and I’m no longer friends with one of them," she explained in an Instagram Story video at the time. "I just don’t want any meaningless tattoos on my body.”

"Because [the tattoo is] so small, it does hurt a little bit. But [the pain] literally goes away in two seconds,” Gia continued. “I’m sure if someone had a bigger tattoo, it would be more painful.
