Back in 2018, Gregg Leakes and Nene Leakes confirmed The Real Housewives of Atlanta husband was diagnosed with Stage 3 colon cancer. It's definitely been an emotional time for the Leakes family — including Nene, as well as their sons.
"Well, we go on a roller coaster ride, that's for sure. It's definitely not easy. The moment we found out he had cancer, everything about our life changed," she told The Daily Dish last November. "It was just hard. It's hard on him. It's hard on me. It's hard on our entire family. It's hard being a caretaker. It's hard being a patient. It's a lot of decisions you have to make, so it definitely has not been easy. It's been probably the hardest thing — it really takes over."
On Sunday (March 3), Gregg called into Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen and offered an update on his health journey. "I'm doing great!" he told Andy Cohen, via phone. "I feel great. I feel wonderful. I'm blessed everyday. You know, I never had cancer before so every day is like a new experience to me."
Gregg then opened up about some of the tension he and Nene have faced this season in the wake of his cancer diagnosis. You can get the latest on their marital situation in the video clip above.
