The Real Housewives of Atlanta's Kandi Burruss, Summer House's Ciara Miller, and The Real Housewives of Miami's Guerdy Abraira recently opened up to E! News' Francesca Amiker about their lives as Black women and entrepreneurs in a candid conversation as they all joined forces for the latest entry into Bravo's Amplify Our Voices series.

Moderator Francesca posed a business-related question for Kandi during the powerful discussion, which took place on the Bravo Instagram handle during Black History Month, wondering what advice she has for those "who feel like the color of their skin is the one thing that holds them back."

Kandi, who will take fans inside her life as a restaurateur in the upcoming Bravo series Kandi & the Gang, then shared this empowering message: "There's always another way to get to your goal."

Kandi shared even more of the lessons and insights she's learned from her years as an entrepreneur in the clip, above, adding, "You never take no and just lay down. You just continue to go until it's a yes."

All the women also reflected on the best advice they've received over the years as they looked to take their careers to the next level, and Kandi even revealed the advice she's given her daughter, Riley Burruss, on achieving her goals, as well as, yes, the advice (aka "little jewels") Mama Joyce has given her. "Her main thing when I was younger is just, 'You'd rather aim high and miss than aim low and hit,'" Kandi shared.

To hear more from all the women as they reflect on their lives, their businesses, and what it's like taking viewers inside their worlds on reality TV, check out the Amplify Our Voices conversation in the clips above and below.
