If you’re feeling stressed right now, stop what you’re doing and let Brooklyn Doris Daly settle your nervous system. Kenya Moore’s daughter shared a video from her day at the beach, and it’s impossible to watch it without feeling a surge of joy.

How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of Atlanta on Peacock and the Bravo App.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta kiddo has had her own Instagram feed since she was a mere babe. “I’m a miracle baby join me for milk [and] cookies and of course tea,” Brooklyn’s Instagram bio reads, noting that the account is “run by my mommy.”

And now that the little lady is 4 years old, she’s using her platform to bring her 244K followers a moment of beachy Zen. (OK, so Kenya is the woman behind the footage — but we’ll take it either way.)

In a March 6 video posted to Brooklyn’s feed, the 4-year-old can be seen using a stick to write the letter B in the sand. But it’s not just any sand: Little “B” is living her best beach life on a stretch of pristine white sand. Crystal-blue waves crash to the shore in the background, and the video is scored by Eric Godlow’s tranquil track “Peace.”

Speaking of tranquil vibes, the caption of Brooklyn’s beachy post reads, “B is for peace.” Press play on the video below and listen to the chill music. Watch an adorable little girl leave a message of peace in the white sand, and try not to feel too blessed to be stressed.

Brooklyn may be OOS (that’s out of school) for the moment, but the Atlanta kiddo is a voracious learner in her day-to-day life.

While chatting with Us Weekly’s Getting Real with the Housewives podcast on January 13, Kenya revealed that Brooklyn has a knack for languages. “She is in [an] international school, so she is speaking almost fluent Spanish,” Kenya shared about her daughter. “She has far surpassed me in speaking [Spanish].”

Brooklyn isn’t just inspiring her mama in the language department. Kenya was recently a “recruit” on Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test. After her time on the show wrapped, the RHOA mom shared her heartfelt thoughts about the challenging experience — and thanked her little one for inspiring her along the way.

“I pushed myself beyond my wildest dreams,” she wrote on February 1. “I never thought that I could conquer my fear of heights and through this show, I promise you that there is not a mountain, an airplane, a cliff, or any extreme height that I would ever be afraid of ever again. Thank you [Fox TV] for the challenge. I have friends for life who literally motivated me to keep going. I love all of you.” She added: “Thank you to my daughter [Brooklyn Daly] for being my inspiration!”
