Are Kenya Moore and Marc Daly divorced?

Yes, Kenya shared on December 12 that she and Marc had finalized their divorce. "After more than three years of litigation, I have finally been granted a divorce," Kenya told PEOPLE in a statement. "I want to thank everyone who prayed for and uplifted me when I needed it the most."

Continuing, Kenya noted, "I’m excited for this next chapter in my life and being the best mom I can be for my daughter, Brooklyn."

What's more, "As a hopeless romantic, I still believe my forever person exists and know I’ll have my happily ever after ending after all," she concluded.

The news comes just weeks after BravoCon 2023, where Kenya actually foreshadowed the end of her long legal process. “I know and I’m saying it right now, I will be single and divorced before 2024, so thank you!” she said during the “Viva Las Atlanta Peaches” panel on Friday, Nov. 3.

Kenya Moore and Marc Daly's Relationship History

Though Kenya filed for divorce in 2021, she and Marc had been officially separated for two years at that point. They initially wed in June 2017. They later welcomed their daughter Brooklyn in November 2018, whom they continue to co-parent today.

Kenya opened up earlier this year about the struggles she’s faced trying to co-parent with her ex since their split.

“Well, we’re trying [to co-parent],” she said. “I’m very protective of my daughter and that’s her dad and he has been there in terms of speaking to her on FaceTime every day, but the fact of, like, seeing her in person has not been there. And that breaks my heart because I don’t want that for her. And even though now that’s her normal, but I don’t want that to be her normal. So we’re trying.”

She added that part of the reason the divorce had been drawn out so long was because the couple didn’t have a pre-nup in place before saying their “I dos” in 2017.
