Reunited and it feels so good. When The Real Housewives of New York City’s Bethenny Frankel landed in Aspen for a trip, she made time to meet up with her longtime BFF, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ Kyle Richards.

As fans will recall, prior to their hangout session, the two ladies were in a bit of Instagram drama over whether or not they follow each other on the social media platform. (In January, Bethenny noted that she was, indeed, following Kyle on Instagram.)

Over the weekend, Bethenny posted a photo of her recent encounter with Kyle in Aspen and spilled some details about the hangout session.

“Almost 30 years later, lost parents, marriages, a gaggle of girls, reality shows, health scares [and] a whole lot of life, we still have a lot to talk (and laugh) about,” Bethenny shared about her meetup with Kyle. “Plus I got a good [Farrah] cameo, who I have known since she was a baby. Today was a good day… xoxo.”

Kyle not only reposted the photo first shared by Bethenny but also added in the comments on Bethenny’s post, “So fun. And I got to see Bryn.”

Kyle, of course, considers Aspen a second home when she’s not in Los Angeles, so it’s not surprising that she was in town. Bethenny jetted off to Aspen for a “Mommy and Me snowboarding trip” with her daughter, Bryn.

In a throwback interview with The Daily Dish back in 2017 (clip at the top of the post), Bethenny opened up about her decades-long friendship with Kyle and how it has evolved over time as their lives have changed.

“Kyle and I have always had the exact same friendship for years. When we first met, we were thick as thieves. Both not really working and just running around,” she said at the time. “Luckily we both travel. So when she’s coming to New York, [it’s like, ‘I’m] coming to New York, can you have dinner Tuesday?’ [Or, ‘I’m] coming to L.A., can you have dinner, lunch?’ I want to say it’s superficial only because we both have lives and jobs and kids and responsibilities. We can’t spend days together, you know? It’s become a real grown-up friendship where we catch up. I can tell her anything and vice versa. We’ve known each other a really long time, but we can totally trust each other. I would not hold back in telling her anything.”
